Returns Policy

Refund Policy
As detailed in our Refund Policy, COSETTE does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference. Remedies are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has:
  • a major failure.
  • is faulty, unsafe or significantly different from its description.
  • is not fit for its intended purpose as reasonably expected.
Where a major failure occurs, you may choose a refund or replacement. Where the issue is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement or refunds at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
A failure (major or minor) is not:
  • a change of mind.
  • incorrect size, colour or style selection by you.
  • items damaged due to misuse, neglect, abnormal use or failure to follow reasonable care instruction by you.
  • normal wear and tear.
  • issues clearly disclosed prior to purchase, including where any faults are accurately described in the Product Description (i.e. for Perfect Imperfections that are often ex-display products).
To initiate a return under Australian Consumer Law, please contact info@cosette.com.au and provide:
  • your order number 
  • details of the major failure, fault, or explanation of why the item is not fit for its intended purpose.
  • if your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and be instructed on the next steps.
This return policy applies to all orders placed from 5:00pm AEDT on 5 February 2026.
