Return or Exchange & Refund Policy

COSETTE offers returns within 7 days after receiving your order.

We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:
Within 7 days of receiving your order (or up to 14 days if you selected Premier Shipping);
Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached;
In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes.

You may return an item for:

  • Full Refund back to your original payment method
  • 100% store-credit
  • Exchange for the same or another product 
How to make a return
Once you have received your order, you have 7 (seven) days to return it, or up to 14 days if you selected Premier Shipping. Unless the item is faulty, it would need to be returned in its original state: unworn, unused with the return tags attached and its dust bag, cards, and packaging.

Contact customer service at with your order number and return enquiry. Soon after, they will provide you with our Return Form and with the instructions to return your product back to us.

Once received, our customer service team will assess your return, and if everything looks good, they will proceed to your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable (except for faulty or damaged items).

12 Month’s store warranty and refunds.
All products sold come with a complementary 12-month store warranty. If you have received a product with a defect or should your product become faulty, email us at so we can sort this out as quickly as possible.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the item. You may also be asked to provide detailed information to support your claim.
Items which have been damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect or is faulty, we will replace or repair the product, as appropriate. If the product is found not to have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or you otherwise do not have a remedy for a failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your expense.
